I dropped my phone hard enough that I managed to break my screen protector and the screen itself severely enough that the left side of my screen was unusable.

The store took maybe a day or two to order the parts and had the phone repaired in 30 minutes. Highly recommend to anyone needing their phone repaired.

Hey there peeps , this place is great. I’ve brought my iPhone SE to get my battery replace here before and they are very knowledgeable and helpful. I’ve also recently brought my son’s iPad here because his iPad stopped charging due to him mishandling it 😑 but again they had it fixed in no time as promised. Jessica fixed my phone screen after I dropped it and tried so hard to fix the fingerprint issue I was having with my Pixel. Unfortunately we weren't able to solve the second issue due to a software issue specific to Google Pixels (which was not Jessica's fault). She was super friendly and communicative. Some of the best customer service I've had in a long time. 🙌

This lady did FAR better than the Apple store. She promptly diagnosed the problem with my iPhone 6S as a bad battery, after the Apple store had told me it was a software issue. She then replaced the battery very quickly and for a very reasonable price. She was able to do this without having to replace the glass screen, whereas the Apple store had told me that, because my screen has a slight crack in it, it was impossible to change the battery without also replacing the screen (which would have cost much more $$$).

I requested a quote for a repair on an old iPhone 8 and received a prompt response via email.

This was greatly appreciated because most of the other responses on Yelp were so high or required that I visit the location to get a quote hard pass.

The staff is knowledgeable and work very quickly.

Jessica was able to diagnose the problem and she was able to find that it was not actually the battery but a Lcd issue. Jessica came up with a solution: repair was simple was out in 20 minutes and she even validated my parking.

I don't break phones often, but I know exactly where I'm going if I need repairs of ANY kind.

Had problem unable to turn phone on. If I  plugged in the phone it would work. I went to Cosmo and the technician was helping two other customers. Said if I could wait she'd take a look at it. Right away she saw the problem. I had had the glass replaced and the person who did it  had not put a piece back in to covered the on/off button ribbon. She opened the case, electoral tape over it and wow it worked.

One of the other customers  needed a fix about wireless  charging that would take several hours and he was going on vacation the next morning.  She offered to have the technician working on it come back at midnight so the guy could get his phone. He decided to stay with cable charging until his return.

Do you know any other store who would  do that?

I dropped my phone on a Thursday evening. After being sad that I would have to live with a cracked screen, I decided to stop in. They gave me a quote, that while expensive, was still cheaper than a new phone and had to order the parts as they don't keep screens for my model on site (it seems this would've been less of a problem with a Samsung or Apple phone). They gave me an estimate of three business days to get the screen but on a whim, I checked in the following Monday (technically 1 or 2 business days) and they had just received the screen. 45 minutes later, my phone was in almost new working order and it's been fantastic since. I'm very impressed because again, it's a lesser sold model phone and they were polite and courteous through the whole process.

My iphone 6 stopped charging and it died.  I was desperate to get it fixed so I started making calls. Jessica at Cosmo offered a very reasonable price and said she could fix it right away.  She immediately helped me when I got there and took apart my phone.  She quickly determined that my battery needed replacing and she cleaned the charging port. Done in under 30 minutes!  I'm very pleased with the service and the price, and would highly recommend them!

Over the weekend I unfortunately dropped my cell phone face first, where it encountered a rock, leaving a deep chip and nasty-looking multidirectional splinter. I brought it here, having been quoted a price of $100+ to replace the phone screen. The young gentleman took my phone, examined it, and then told me it appeared that it was just my screen protector that was damaged, not the phone itself. He was right. 10 minutes later, he had installed a new screen protector, costing me barely $15.

This worker could've just installed a new screen protector and made a few extra bucks off me, and I would never have known otherwise. But he didn't. Small businesses have had it especially tough this past 1+ year during the pandemic. Honest businesses like this one deserve recognition. Kudos.

My Phone screen was completely shattered and after taking it to this place, there wasn't a scratch left on the phone. The repair also wasn't too expensive and it only look 30 minutes. I also had a really nice conversation with a staff member named Sean, and he was very helpful! Would recommend and would come again.

This was my first time having my phone serviced at Cosmo. My iPhone7 had fallen off the counter, landed face down, and the screen shattered despite having a tempered glass screen protector. I was super upset thinking I’d have to bring it to an Apple store for repair and that it would cost >$250, which at that point I would consider just purchasing a new phone. However, I really didn’t want to spend that much replacing the screen nor did I want to purchase a new phone at this time. I quickly googled phone repair shops and found Cosmo. I wanted to give them a try after seeing a number of good reviews. I went in right away and it was fairly easy to find on the first floor of the Paseo off of Colorado. The technician of the store was super nice and helpful (unfortunately, I didn’t catch her name). She offered me two options for replacement. One screen costing $80 and the other costing $110 with the latter being of higher quality. I went with the $110 one and she told me it would take 10 minutes. I was surprised bc I expected it to take longer! I gave her my phone to leave her to it and took a stroll around the Paseo. When I came back, it was only another few minutes before she was finished. Just like that it looked brand new! Also, I didn’t realize until I got home, but she placed a new tempered glass screen protector on top without me asking or charging me for it. Not sure if that automatically comes with the $110 screen, but if not, I thought it was incredibly nice and I appreciate it! Overall, great service and a great experience! Thank you!

Update:

Cosmo reached out to explain reasons for delays and communication lapses and then apologized for the inconvenience.

They then went above and beyond to resolve the issues with my phone. They replaced the battery, and repaired the sensor. Unfortunately the phone still had to be factory reset, but that isn't too big an issue these days.

Thanks for resolving the issues!

Previously:

Brought a phone in for simple battery replacement due to a bloated battery  After battery replacement finger print sensor stopped working. They said they would replace the finger print sensor, but would take a couple days to get part. After repeated calls for check in, they finally told me they had supplier issues and would take a little longer. It has been about 5 months or so, still no resolution.

In addition, during this time, I called and reported that the phone was randomly just turning off. They said we could check when sensor came in.

In December I called in to report random shutdowns happening more often. They said the person that handles my brand of phone would not be back in until early January. Now the phone battery is again bloating, and the phone is just in a bootloop.

Tried to visit today, but the store was randomly closed. Very frustrating!

When my iPad screen stopped working I visited several local repair shops in the Pasadena area.  The first 2 quoted me a repair quote so high I needed to consider whether my iPad was worth fixing compared to buying a new one.

Fortunately I decided to go to Cosmo where I received a repair quote that was LOWER by OVER 40%!!!

I was attended to by Jessica.  She was very curteous, hands on, and professional.  Jessica made me feel comfortable knowing my iPad was in capable hands.

When I picked up my iPad I was pleased to find they went above & beyond the necessary repair!

I'm hard to please as a customer and have only take the time to post 2 reviews for superior service in the past.  Cosmo definitely rates as a superior company that provides superior service!
